Have a look at Transaction Monitoring Netherlands (TMNL). We are creating a top-notch detection and monitoring company to defeat financial crimes such as money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We are forming an energetic and inspired team, where the curious, talented minds in anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime detection, data science, data engineering, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence join forces to make this possible. Together, we design, build, accelerate and execute the collective monitoring of money transaction data from the five largest Dutch banks to begin with. This way, we will be able to detect signals and patterns of financial crimes at an unprecedented level.

A sneak preview on your new playing field:

  • Monitor and enhance the security measures within TMNL to ensure the protection of data
  • Expand your knowledge and get insights into securing our cutting edge technology
  • Work closely together with the TMNL Risk, platform and data team
  • Design and contribute to the information security controls defined in the Risk Control Framework.
  • Support the IT Risk function in advising the MT on information security measures.

Job requirements

Your entry ticket shows:

  • Minimum of a 3 years of experience (Security Officer role or comparable), preferably in the financial services domain
  • Excellent problem solving skills and self-managing
  • Understanding of ISO27001, ISO27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • General knowledge of IT processes
  • Affinity with data and high-tech cloud environments
  • Ability to translate security measures this into practical solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Pre: Master’s degree; experience with or certification for AWS; CISM, CISA, CISSP or related certification
